Design Development Agreement
Once we both believe we are a good fit for each other, we begin the project planning process with our Design Development Agreement (DDA). This agreement outlines the scope of work and establishes the project’s parameters including budget window, schedule, and design goals. Construction Agreement
After the design phase is completed, all the information, including the scope of work, product selections, and payment structure is consolidated into a comprehensive construction agreement with a fixed price. Product Acquisition
To ensure a smooth start to your project, we require that all materials are chosen and ordered before construction can commence. Once you have reviewed and accepted the final Construction Agreement, we will promptly order and carefully verify all project materials. These materials will then be securely stored at our facility until construction begins, ensuring that everything is in place for a successful project start. Project Review & Hand-off
Prior to the start of construction, our Project Manager and design team will conduct a thorough on-site review of the details of your project. This will enable your Project Manager to become your primary point of contact and ensure effective communication throughout the project’s duration. At the completion of the review, a tentative start date will be established, and a plan set to facilitate seamless and timely project delivery.
