Premier design-build remodel warranty
Thank you for allowing us to transform your home. It is our hope that these improvements will last for many years to come. Premier Design-Build-Remodel wants you to have peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected by our unconditional warranty on all construction workmanship for a period of ten (10) years, or upon the sale of your home, whichever comes first.
The product that went into your project is covered by each manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties differ in their terms. We can assist you through the warranty process with the manufacturers. Premier is not responsible for any reimbursement beyond the stated manufacturer’s warranties. Installation cost is not included for the replacement of warrantied product.
