“We are first time homeowners who wanted to remodel all our bathrooms (4.5) who had a unique request of converting our bathrooms to wetrooms.
After speaking to a lot of companies who didn’t even understand what we were looking for, we were relieved when Chris Ebert called us and said Premier can make those and he has worked on similar projects before.
Within a few interactions with Chris and Kent Redmond (Head of Operations), we knew these guys were solid and very professional. The design discussions were fun and Chris came up with the perfect design for us. He ensured that we were within our total budget while still producing the most beautiful designs.
Kent visited the house during construction a few times to take pictures of the plumbing etc so when they redo the bathrooms, the costs wouldn’t skyrocket.
They went above and beyond to help us with this project. The team that worked on remodeling our bathrooms Brian, Jessie, Jeff, Eddie and of course Chris and Kent were super wonderful. They were all extremely polite, super professional and the outcome was Wow!!!! 🤩.
Kent was constantly in touch with us during the process and was quick to solve any impediments, which is super comforting for new homeowners taking up a large project like this. They even helped us with other electric and plumbing installations – second dishwasher, fans, lights etc. They accommodated multiple if our requests especially one on project timelines and finished much earlier than anticipated.
We wouldn’t be able to make this house our home if it was not for them.
If you have any kitchen and bathroom projects, Premier is the way to go!”

“At the recommendation of a designer friend, we used Chris Ebert and Premier to help design a new kitchen and bathrooms for our investment property which we were going to gut and expand. He helped us come up with an open design that fit the kitchen space perfectly and cabinets for the bathrooms, laundry room and a linen closet.
We were thrilled with the new cabinet colors and finishes he proposed, thinking out of the box for something a little more unique but universally appealing. The cabinets were delivered in beautiful shape. One small mistake made by the factory was quickly remedied. We were so pleased with the finished look that really punched up the value of our property. Chris also helped us select other finishes (flooring, tile, hardware and fixtures) for a beautiful, cohesive look in the home.
We would definitely use and recommend Chris again and have already referred him to others. He listens well, comes up with terrific ideas but isn’t afraid to pivot if the client has other ideas and makes it all work. Great designer with a beautiful product!”
