The thought of remodeling your home often brings feelings of excitement and joy, soon followed by anxiety and frustration. Let one of our experienced Designers help put the remodeling process in perspective!
Premier offers a free, no obligation, one-hour consultation to review and discuss your project. During this meeting, it is our objective to understand your motivation and goals surrounding your unique remodeling project. From there, we can help define your priorities, set realistic timeline expectations, and help establish that ever-important budget window. At the conclusion of this meeting, you will have a better understanding of all that is involved, project timelines, and comparable project costs.

Initial Site Measurement & Documentation
We will enter into a Design Development Agreement. This fee is based on the scope of work and complexity of your remodel project. Next, our Designers will visit your home to measure, photograph, and document your existing space.

Design Presentations
At the first design presentation our Designers will present to you several design concepts, a detailed scope of work, and product selection options that have been chosen by your Designer. Project decisions will be made on both design and product selections. These decisions in conjunction with any scope of work changes will be incorporated into the revision meeting.

Construction Contract
Revision meetings are scheduled to document and clearly define all selections and project decisions. Once complete, a comprehensive, fixed price proposal/contract is presented.

In-Home Project Review
Approximately 90 days after contract signing, your Designer, and Project Manager will meet at your home to review the project in detail. A preliminary set of plans will be brought along to verify and/or adjust as needed. At this time, our Project Manager will discuss a tentative start date and will become your primary point of contact moving forward.

Pre-Construction Meeting
Your Project Manager will meet with you to discuss everything in extreme detail to make the project run smoothly and disrupt your life as little as possible. Topics will include where your personal items will be stored, where product will be stored, a day-to-day schedule of the project, final construction plans, and payment schedule.

Construction
Your Project Manager and in-house craftsman will keep you informed throughout the duration of your project. You can be assured that all design elements will be delivered as expected and you will be able to contact us with any questions or concerns.
