By the end of this phase, you’ll have a refined project scope and a narrowed budget—setting the stage for a confident move into Design Development.
Design – Renderings & Detailed Selections
Now, we turn ideas into detailed drawings and 3D renderings while finalizing product selections. We’ll bring your vision to life and prepare a fixed-price construction contract so you know exactly what to expect.
Contract Acceptance & Signing
Once the design and pricing are finalized, we’ll review and sign the construction contract. With everything in place, your project moves into the production phase—where planning turns into action.
Production – In-Home Project Review & Construction
Our team gets to work behind the scenes—ordering materials, finalizing blueprints, and scheduling in-home project visits. Then, construction begins, bringing your design to life with careful planning and expert execution.
Project Completion
As construction wraps up, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations. We’ll also capture staged photos of your finished space—celebrating the results of a well-executed plan.
