Step 2: Initial Site Measurement and Documentation

Once we’ve agreed to move forward, I’ll send my design team to your home to take detailed measurements, photos, and notes about the existing space. This step is crucial because it ensures that we’re working with accurate details when creating your new design.

During this visit, we’ll also revisit your priorities and refine the project scope to make sure everything aligns with your vision.

Step 3: Design Presentations

This is one of my favorite parts of the process. I’ll present several design concepts, complete with detailed plans, curated product selections, and a full scope of work.

Step 4: Construction Contract

When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll finalize all selections and decisions during a series of revision meetings. Then, I’ll present you with a fixed-price proposal and contract that clearly outlines everything—no surprises, just clarity and confidence.

This step ensures that everyone is on the same page before we begin construction.

Step 5: In-Home Project Review

After signing the contract, our designer and project manager will visit your home to go over the construction plans in detail. They’ll verify measurements, discuss logistics, and give you an estimated start date for construction.

It’s a great opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure everything is progressing exactly as planned.

Step 6: Pre-Construction Meeting

Before we begin construction, your project manager will meet with you again to talk about the day-to-day details. They’ll discuss things like where we’ll store materials, how to prepare your space, and what you can expect during the remodel.

This meeting is all about making sure everything is set up for a smooth, efficient process with minimal disruption to your daily life.

Step 7: Construction

Now the real transformation begins! My team of skilled craftsmen will take your vision and turn it into reality. From day one, your dedicated project manager will oversee every detail and keep you updated on progress.
