Kohler plumbing fixtures bring a polished, timeless quality to the space, while carefully selected finishes reinforce the home’s aesthetic. A Pooky chandelier adds an elegant focal point, balancing the room’s natural materials with a touch of sophistication.

The kitchen and great room were transformed into sophisticated, connected spaces designed for both everyday living and entertaining. Showplace Cabinetry, quartzite and marble surfaces, and warm Zellige tile create a layered material palette that complements the Southwestern American Desert Chic aesthetic. Signature and BlueStar appliances provide high-performance functionality, while Brizo fixtures, a Blanco sink, and Top Knobs hardware add refined detailing.
A custom bar was added to the nearby great room, featuring Cambria surfaces and Iron Abode shelving, creating an inviting focal point for entertaining. The fireplace was also elevated with a distinctive stone surface, while a Pooky chandelier adds a refined finishing touch. New windows, doors, and updated flooring further enhance the openness and connection to the surrounding desert landscape.
