One of the project's greatest challenges was the multiple floor elevations caused by plumbing and water lines running above the concrete slab. Through innovative planning and construction, the plumbing heights were reduced, and several stair transitions were eliminated, improving circulation and enhancing the overall living experience. The result is a luxurious, highly functional penthouse that balances elegance, comfort, and exceptional craftsmanship
